I've always been interested in photographs, since I was a child. Some of them were of family, and some of famous people.  

It seems photography was my way of trying to see the beauty and the personal expressiveness of the subject so I could reflect on it. If I could connect to the aesthetic realm and ponder the image's reality, or even the complexity or integrity of the image, it would be my way of trying to connect to something beautiful and something known that would bring satisfaction to me.

I have chosen flowers, and sunsets to capture nature’s beauty and the changing of light outdoors.  I notice how the light and shadows can have different effects on sunsets and flowers.
