Hi, my name is Amanda Bolduc, a mainly self-taught artist, with theories from classes and books mixed in. My highest schooling is an Associate in Arts, but I have taken many extra classes, including life drawing and whimsical acrylic painting. My current love is for watercolor and colored pencil, or watercolor, pastel, and charcoal. My favorite subjects are animals, mostly large birds and chickens. I am also working on a children’s book in my spare time about one of my chickens, Sweet Pea. I am also working on my goal of opening an Etsy store.
I am a recent Aspie, diagnosed in 2018 at the age of 26. It really explains a lot of my quirks and thought processes. I have never been able to follow steps, so I learned a lot about art in an unconventional way.
I like to play games and watch YouTube in my spare time. I often watch other gamers play games, like Markiplier, or watch other artists work on their craft, like Dina Norlund and Chloe Rose. They are inspirational people that I admire and I hope to be like them some day. Thanks for taking a look at my stuff and my bio!
