I studied at the Rhode Island School of Design (BFA) and California Institute of the Arts (MFA).  But I’ve been drawing and sketching for as long as I can remember.  Pencil and graphite are my medium of choice.  I prefer to sketch from life, people and animals. I particularly enjoy doing commissions: portraits of people, animals and special places.

I am a long-time member of the AANE Artists Collaborative and have done special commission work for the AANE Organizations' Gala events and fundraisers. I’ve exhibited my work at the Concord Art Association (of which I am a member), the Belmont Gallery of Art and the TILL Wave Art Gallery in Watertown, among others.
